All orders are shipped from outside the US by registered mail.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, once your payment has been accepted.
Your order will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks, once your payment has been accepted. Usually it doesn’t take longer than 15 business days.
Once your parcel reaches USA, it will be handled over and delivered by USPS.
The recipient signature may be required upon delivery.
If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will look into it.
The only information written on the parcel is your address, our address and a description of the contents, for the Postal Authorities.

Check your order status online:
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received.
This email will contain your order number, which along with e-mail address you provided when submitting the order, will be all you need to track your order.
